Handcuff and Star Necklace $19 I just got a custom order for this necklace and decided to add it to the site. I think I will add a few other Handcuff and something necklaces to the site. I'm thinking about maybe a pewter heart or some crystal hearts. There are lots of possiblities. This necklace is 18" long in total. The charms are pewter. The chain is steel. This is NOT David Cook's necklace.
